What you're buying
Squirrel Skill is a digital product: a folder of markdown files (an Agent Skill — an open format born on Claude) delivered as a ZIP. The free tier is the capture protocol; the paid tier ($147, one payment) adds the Chase ritual, the Squirrel Box tournament, and the season guide. There is no subscription, no account, and no server component.
Agreeing to this
You agree to these terms when you download the free tier or complete checkout for the paid tier. If you don't agree with them, don't do either. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live — 18 in most places — and if you're buying for a company, you need to be allowed to buy on its behalf.
Delivery
Free tier: an immediate download from this site. No email, no account, no waiting.
Paid tier: the ZIP is sent automatically to the email address you use at checkout, the moment your payment clears — usually within seconds. Automatic is not the same as guaranteed: if the system is down, delivery is what slips, and the guarantee below is what covers you. If that changes, this section changes with it.
If it hasn't reached you within one business day, email taylor@aicompanyusa.com. Check your spam folder first; ZIP attachments are good at hiding there.
Price and tax
$147, one payment, in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe, never to us, and never through this site. Any sales, use, or value-added tax that applies where you live is your responsibility unless it is shown and collected at checkout.
Refunds
All sales are final — with two exceptions, and both are absolute.
1. If it never arrived, you get your money back. If the paid ZIP has not reached you within one business day of purchase, email me and you choose: I get it to you immediately, or I refund you in full. You should never be out $147 and holding nothing.
2. Billing errors are always corrected. Charged twice, charged the wrong amount, charged when you didn't buy — email me and it is put right.
Outside those two, sales are final once the files are in your hands. Digital files cannot be un-received, and the whole product is inspectable before you pay: the capture half is free forever, and every file in both tiers is plain markdown you can read end to end. Read it first, then decide.
By completing checkout you are asking for the files to be sent to you straight away, and you acknowledge that once they are sent the sale is final. Where a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply to a digital purchase, that request and this acknowledgement are what bring it to an end.
If something has gone wrong with an order, email me before opening a dispute with your bank. I answer, and I would rather fix it than argue about it.
License
- The files are yours to keep and use on every AI surface you personally run — Claude first-class (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cowork), plus any agent that runs the open Agent Skills standard or any capable AI you paste the markdown into.
- Personal use: don't resell, redistribute, or repackage the paid files. Editing them for your own workflow is encouraged.
- If you redistribute the paid files, this licence ends. Nothing is installed on your machine that we can switch off — ending the licence simply means you no longer have permission to keep using or sharing them.
Updates
Free updates forever. Every update to the tier you own is included — free tier and paid tier alike. No update fee, ever.
What this doesn't promise
The files are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The skill organises your ideas; it makes no promise about what those ideas earn, and no promise that any AI will follow it perfectly.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to this product is limited to what you actually paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, or lost ideas among them. Some places don't allow those limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that law permits, and nothing here removes a right you hold that cannot be waived.
The honest caveats
- The skill was built for Claude, which is Anthropic's product, not ours; running it there requires a Claude plan that supports custom skills, which is your own arrangement with Anthropic. If you run it on another skills-capable platform, that platform is likewise its vendor's product and your own arrangement with them.
- Your ideas stay yours. The skill writes to a file or a database you control; we never receive what you capture. See the privacy page.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change — the version and date at the top always say which set is current. A change never applies backwards to a purchase you already made; the terms in force on the day you bought are the ones that govern that sale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Helena, Montana. If you are a consumer somewhere with laws that give you rights you cannot sign away, this does not take them from you.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Together with the licence file inside the ZIP, this is the whole agreement between us about this product.
