The free tier goes direct

Free tier is live: squirrel-free.zip is now a direct download on the page — no email gate, no form. Click, install, capture. The demo now also hands you your capture as a ready-to-paste squirrel-box.md entry.
Privacy-friendly analytics: GoatCounter — cookie-less, aggregate counts only, no personal data, no consent banner needed. Details on the privacy page.
Update policy, decided: Free updates forever — both tiers.

The Squirrel Box: the season tournament now carries its original name — the Squirrel Box 🐿️, straight from the source skill — everywhere on the site and in the ZIP (box-tournament.md replaces the old tournament file).
Universal positioning: Agent Skills began at Anthropic in October 2025 and is now an open standard adopted across major AI platforms. Claude stays the first-class install path; SKILL.md is plain markdown any capable AI can follow, and the install section now says so honestly.
Notion setup guide: references/notion-setup.md ships in both tiers — the original box is Notion-native, and the route is now paved property by property.
Legal: pages now credit AI Company USA dba SUMMIT Business Automation.
